Casa Marques- Christmas Edition [Part Two]

This Miami winter is surely inspiring us to share with you the second part of our Casa Marques Christmas Edition— the outdoors!

All the lights were put up courtesy of Mr. Marques... he’s been Christmas lights inspired since the beginning of October when frankly I was just not yet feeling that Christmas spirit. He surprised me by making an executive decision some time in early November with boxes of lights. Boy does this man know me... he knew I would be a Christmas Elf come Black Friday weekend and he wanted to be prepared. Haha!

I am obsessed with these lanterns from Victoria’s Armoire. We keep them outside all year long with these outdoor remote candles. For Christmas we filled them up with some holiday potpourri and placed a bow on them.

The beauty about a wreath is how easy it can be changed to fit a new style. This wreath we have owned for about 8 years, to keep up with our decor, we simply removed some of its silver details and substituted some of the ribbon for the red ribbon to match the rest of our decor.

We used some Christmas nets over our Gardeneas and our bushes and lined a simple white Light along the edge of the house. What we love most about this picture is the sneak peek you got of our tree.
